Hello everyone,I so missed ya!Last Friday morning I turned on my beautiful laptop only the screen had no picture(oh this is not good)Dark screen I started to panic.LOL.Then I remembered I am still under warranty THANKS DELL!Saturday morning I realized how addicted I was to my PC I felt so out of touch without it.No tweeting I truly missed my Facebook friends, and of course it kind of put a hold on my listings.Anyways of course I got a lot of other things done with the down time.LOL Yes there is a bright side to everything.I made several new earrings and I managed to take 300 pictures or so.I also got caught up with the laundry(this rarely happens in my home) lol.Monday the tech arrived with new motherboard and monitor in hand he installed them quick and was gone in less than twenty minutes man I was impressed and thankful. I made it through computer withdraws and I promise to spend as much time being productive as I spend on my computer.LOL I am so excited that tomorrow is September. I love the fall and I will start sharing my Fall Creations (If my PC allows)now I need to go read and catch up .Have a great day full of Blessings 8)

Unjust Health System Makes me MAD!
Hello My friends! I was hoping you would lend me your ear because I have something I would really like to get off my chest. My oldest daughter was due for booster shots.I made her an appointment with our family physician. We have Blue Cross Blue shield Insurance on our girls. We dropped mine a couple of months ago ,we couldn't afford to keep it up any longer. They tried to double our rates on me from 200.00 to 400.00 a month.I haven't had any claims or anything so I was pretty upset.Well long story short we had no choice but to cancel it all together,my husbands and my sales are down it has already been a struggle to stay a float.Anyways I took my daughter in yesterday thinking 30.00 co-payment and she would be good to go,but of course it wasn't so easy. They had me call and see if the shots would be covered. This is the part where I got really upset. If you have insurance the shots were about $180.00 each plus doctors office charge over $500.00 for the two shots.Yes that's right $500.00.I was shocked, angry and confused. We pay over $200.00 a month for insurance on them for over ten years we have never filed a claim. The insurance said they would only pay 300.00.It turns out if you don't have insurance they can do a state Shots across Texas for $14.00 a shot plus Dr's visit. So of course I filled out the appropriate paperwork and after three hours at the doctors office Angela was given her shots.I learned that you are better off telling them you don't have insurance you get off a lot cheaper.I think this is shameful, disgusting down right WRONG. I am not sure how our society has gotten so messed up.I am not sure that there is anything I can do about it, but When it comes time to vote I will definitely pay attention to these issues.Mean while I will pray that our unjust health system will get an overhaul it well deserves, and I do not get sick worrying about it because I can't afford to go to the doctor. Thanks for lending your ear.I do feel a little better now.I would love to no how you feel about this.

All Caught Up! LOL
I have had a great week so far.The tournament went great no injuries to report.Yeah! I will absolutely work harder at it this session.I had the last couple of days off.I have been doing housework and paperwork and of course more housework. When I was changing my daughter's bed I found a huge scorpion. I killed it ,no I don't feel guilty I wouldn't have been able to sleep knowing it was in my house .I had no desire to capture it either. My girls are so curious so I let them look them up and they found this article that makes me want to give up our Texas Parks and Wildlife pass.To all my friends that want to come visit me bring a torch for your own safety.LOL
Western, Texas (AP) - Local Caver Bill Bentley caught an unbelievable 65 pound Scorpion during a camping trip and was captured on film by a friend with a digital camera! Experts believe that this is the largest Scorpion ever caught by man on record.
"Top Scientists will want to study it". said Texas Parks & Wildlife Ranger Lars Wilthorp in an interview on Saturday.
``This is one biggest finds of the century!'' was the word heard in the small West Texas town of Notrees, Texas where the huge Scorpion was caught. Mr. Bentley will have it stuffed and mounted and available for display soon. "This will make a nice addition to my collection" said Bentley in an interview with reporters shortly after the catch. Mr. Bentley has a the only stuffed and mounted Jackalope and 9 foot high Roadrunner in his unique collection.
It is not known if there are any more giant Scorpions in the area, but they have been known to travel in packs of 3 to 4.

Running A Bit Behind
I am running a bit behind on just about everything. This is one of those days I think I might never catch up.I have a Karate tournament Saturday,I haven't practiced near enough.Should be very interesting to see how it turns out.I hope I at least do well at Kata .My daughters are competing also it should be a real fun day, hopefully without injuries. I am not sure how much longer it will take me to update all my Item pictures but I am thinking September is a realistic goal so please be patient with me.My daughters are just about ready to go back to school just three more weeks of summer. This summer went so fast. They will be in 5th and 7th,I can't believe how fast they have grown.I am trying to spend as much time with them as I can.My part time job is going well, that's about the only thing I am not behind on.LOL I want to thank you for stopping by.I am gonna head off to work now,I hope you have a great day! Someone very special sent this to me this morning and it really fits my mood.I laughed.I think it only fair I share it with you. Thanks C.J.!

My Resignation
I am hereby officially tendering my resignation as an adult.
I have decided I would like to accept the responsibilities
of an 8 year-old again.
I want to go to McDonald's
and think that it's a four star restaurant.

I want to sail sticks across a fresh mud puddle
and make a sidewalk with rocks.

I want to think M&Ms are better than money

I want to lie under a big oak tree

I want to return to a time when life was simple;
when all you knew were colours,
multiplication tables, and nursery rhymes,
but that didn't bother you,
because you didn't know what you didn't know
and you didn't care.
when all you knew were colours,

All you knew was to be happy
because you were blissfully unaware

I want to think the world is fair;
that everyone is honest and good.

I want to believe that anything is possible.
I want to be oblivious to the complexities of life
and be overly excited by the little things again.

I want to live simple again.
I don't want my day to consist of computer crashes,
mountains of paperwork,
depressing news,
how to survive more days in the month
than there is money in the bank,
doctor bills,
gossip,
illness,
and the loss of loved ones.

Vacation In West Texas
We just got back yesterday from our family vacation to west Texas. It was great ,this whole week was awesome. My daughters stayed with their MeMa the first day so my husband and I could go riding it was awesome.Stopped outside of Johnson City to take this picture of one of my favorite works of art.Isn't it fantastic! The next day we grabbed the kids and MeMa and headed to west Texas.Destination Balmorhea State Park.A beautiful natural spring oasis in the desert. It only took us five hours or so to get there.I am not sure at exactly witch point the landscape changed from hill country to a beautiful mountain range but it is magnificent to see to say the least. It was near 100 degrees the water looked more than inviting it was pure heaven. We drove into the The McDonalds Observatory one night for the Star party.I am so glad we got the pictures along the way.Unfortunately it was overcast so we really didn't see anything except some great videos. It was a great time though and I think we all learned something. Another night we drove into the desert the Chihuahuan Desert to be exact. It was awesome we saw desert flowers, prairie dogs lots of strange bugs including a whip scorpion that I didn't get a good photo of because I was well,i'll admit it scared like a baby.LOL The snakes reside in a little section in the back of Balmorhea, I am so glad we didn't notice them till the day we were leaving. The whole their more scared of you lecture my husband laid on me was very little comfort.LOL Anyways there's no place like home and now am catching up.Back to work tomorrow.I think I can handle about anything.8)

Women Over Fourty 8)
This is what Andy Rooney thinks about women over 40:
60 Minutes Correspondent Andy Rooney (CBS)
As I grow in age, I value women over 40 most of all. Here are just a few reasons why:
A woman over 40 will never wake you in the middle of the night and ask, 'What are you thinking?' She doesn't care what you think.
If a woman over 40 doesn't want to watch the game, she doesn't sit around whining about it. She does something she wants to do, and it's usually more interesting.
Women over 40 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot you if they think they can get away with it.
Older women are generous with praise, often undeserved. They know what it's like to be unappreciated.
Women get psychic as they age. You never have to confess your sins to a woman over 40.
Once you get past a wrinkle or two, a woman over 40 is far sexier than her younger counterpart.
Older women are forthright and honest. They'll tell you right off if you are a jerk, if you are acting like one. You don't ever have to wonder where you stand with her.
Yes, we praise women over 40 for a multitude of reasons. Unfortunately, it's not reciprocal. For every stunning, smart, well-coiffed, hot woman over 40, there is a bald, paunchy relic in yellow pants making a fool of himself with some 22-year old waitress. Ladies, I apologize.
For all those men who say, 'Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free? here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage. Why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire pig just to get a little sausage!
Andy Rooney is a really smart guy!

You must live for another if you wish to live for yourself. ~ Seneca
POOR PEOPLE ?
One day, the father of a very wealthy family took his son on a trip to the country with the express purpose of showing him how poor people live. They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm of what would be considered a very poor family.
On their return from their trip, the father asked his son, 'How was the trip?'
'It was great, Dad.'
'Did you see how poor people live?' the father asked.
'Oh yeah,' said the son.
'So, tell me, what did you learn from the trip?' asked the father.
The son answered:
'I saw that we have one dog and they had four.
We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden and they have a creek that has no end. We have imported lanterns in our garden and they have the stars at night. Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon. We have a small piece of land to live on and they have fields that go beyond our sight. We have servants who serve us, but they serve others. We buy our food, but they grow theirs. We have walls around our property to protect us, they have friends to protect them.'
The boy's father was speechless.
Then his son added, 'Thanks Dad for showing me how poor we are.'
Isn't perspective a wonderful thing? Makes you wonder what would happen if we all gave thanks for everything we have, instead of worrying about what we don't have.
Appreciate every single thing you have, especially your friends!
Pass this on to friends and acquaintances and help them refresh their perspective and appreciation.
